“As a Therapist, I believe every person harbours the capacity to transform — to gently release what no longer serves them and move toward a life of clarity, healing, and inner peace.
My mission is to walk beside you with compassion as you release old burdens and build a healthier, more balanced way of being.”
My name is Bernie. I am a dedicated Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with an integrative approach, committed to providing professional, evidence-based care in a safe and reassuring environment.
I am a registered counsellor member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and as well as Scotland's Counselling and Pychotherapy professional body (COSCA).
At Serenitas CBT, empathy, confidentiality, and non‑judgement guide the therapeutic process. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts openly and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
Together, we shape personalised sessions that reflect your goals and strengthen emotional well‑being and resilience.
